Court Specialist Series Testing Schedule

The locations or the current calendar year where the written examinations will be administered, deadline dates, and scheduled test dates follow. Applications must be received at the Administrative Office of Courts by the deadline date shown below in order to be scheduled for the written examination at the locations outlined below.

Once your application is submitted, the applicants should receive an email stating that their application has been received. Once the applicant has been assigned to a test site, the system will generate an admittance letter approximately a week before testing and you should receive an email about the time, location, and etc. Once a testing site is full, the applicant will be scheduled for the next available test date and location. Please keep in mind that seats are limited, so in order to be considered, please send application as early as possible.

The Administrative Office of Courts is currently offering the Court Specialist I – V tests as outlined above. However, at this time, Court Specialist I tests are open competitive (open to all qualified applicants) and Court Specialist II – V tests are promotional examinations only (open to all qualified applicants currently serving in a Court Specialist classification).

Classification Codes for the Court Specialist Series are outlined below. Applicants must include the class code for the position for which they are applying on the application submitted.
